I'm a terrible blogger! But, I finally have a six-pack!!!

I got my body fat down. I don't know what it's at, but I can see all my abs without flexing and leaning back at a ridiculous angle. I still need to develop my lower abs more, but it will come with time. 

I'm just happy i'm not fat anymore!!!
